Ebony is one of the reference woods for fingerboards thanks to its extreme hardness, dimensional stability and very fine pores. These properties provide a fast, precise feel, outstanding wear resistance and a clear response on every note. On electric basses, this results in greater definition, sustain and control, even under intensive playing.

This piece features a natural curly figure, a subtle undulation visible depending on the angle of light. It shows no light streaks, but rather a black ebony with an elegant, discreet curl that adds an exclusive appearance while preserving the classic character of the wood.
