How are Sitka tops classified?

In the A grade Sitka spruce soundboards we can find attractive tops without major defects, growth rings with a separation from 2 to 3 mm. approximately, increasing as we approach the edges. Although they do not alter its sound at all, we can find some shade of knot and more marked rings or stripes of pink. Due to their quality/price ratio, they rank among our best-selling tops.
