Overview Tenor Drone Joints Cocobolo Galician Bagpipe B♭ 320x37x37 mm:

In Maderas Barber we have available all the necessary sizes to build your bagpipe. Pieces of these dimensions can be used to build any of the Tenor Drone Joints on a Asturian Galician bagpipe in B flat.

Cocobolo, one of the most spectacular woods in our extensive catalog, is also a reference wood for woodwind instrument makers. The reasons are multiple: its hardness, brightness, spectacular finish without the need for excessive sanding or oiling... in addition to the sound, highly valued by the builders. As if this were not enough, add to this its amazing appearance, with a multitude of tones ranging from a vivid orange to a deep purple, often mixed in the same piece with amazing results.

Features:

  • Dimensions: 320x37x37 mm
  • Botanical name: Dalbergia retusa
