Hosco HNK-12/95RT Stratocaster Style Maple and Indian Rosewood Neck
This Stratocaster-style neck from Hosco is built in Japan from a single piece of hard Canadian maple (Acer saccharum) with an Indian Rosewood fingerboard. It’s designed for builders who want a high-quality, unfinished neck with medium-jumbo frets already installed.
The Indian Rosewood fingerboard adds warmth and depth to the tone while offering a smooth and natural feel. It features a 9.5″ radius, C-shape profile, and 25.5″ (648 mm) scale length with a 42 mm nut width. The nut is not included, so you can choose the material that best fits your project. The truss rod is accessed at the heel, as in traditional builds.
Note: the bottom of the nut slot has the same radius as the fingerboard, as found on Fender-style necks. If you're installing a flat-bottom nut, you may need to shape it to match the slot curve for proper seating.
The headstock comes in a blank “half paddle” format, ready to be shaped. The neck is not pre-drilled for mounting, allowing for precise fitting to the body. A clean, balanced, and reliable neck for any high-quality partscaster project.
