<p>The <strong>Yoko knife uses the standard shape in carving knives</strong>. It adapts to variations of uses from wood, bamboo, paper work, to small crafts so that it can be used as a first knife. It is an ideal knife for hard to reach places such as the Zoque part of the handle.</p>\n
<p>It is made of<strong> aogami steel, also known as blue steel.</strong> It is an alloy that contains low amounts of phosphorus and sulfur, it contains tungsten and chromium which are added to make the resistance temperature less critical.
