The construction of the top of a classical guitar is one of the most tricky and time consuming processes a luthier can face. To help you, we offer you the B Red Cedar Finished Classical Guitar Top MB Exclusive. Made from Canadian cedar, this top is a product designed for those builders who do not have the time or tools or are taking their first steps in instrument making. This top is an economical choice for those looking for a quality top but on a more limited budget.
The difference between A-grade and B-grade is purely visual, so this red cedar B top still offers the same acoustic qualities as the A-grade. The grain may be slightly more separated and not as straight, and the colour may be uneven on the surface, but this does not affect its ability to produce a great sound. The top has been glued and calibrated to 2.5mm, and comes with the model 306 rosette installed.
