This, coupled with its extraordinary strength, bright sound and availability in a wide range of dimensions, makes it highly prized. As with all other woods for wind instruments, you will find the perfect physical properties for the job. Hardness, resistance to humidity, easy to work with, good luster, closed pore.... Undoubtedly one of the best selling woods in our catalog for shawm and bagpipes.
