Para la construcción de tu pastilla necesitarás una serie de herramientas y materiales adicionales, algunos de los cuales puedes encontrar en nuestra propia tienda:
La pastilla P-90 fue desarrollada por Gibson en 1946 como una evolución de sus primeras pastillas de bobina simple. Su diseño, atribuido a Walter Fuller, presentaba una bobina ancha y plana con imanes de Alnico colocados debajo de los polos ajustables, lo que le otorgaba un sonido más cálido y potente que el de las pastillas tipo Fender de la época. Originalmente se usó en modelos icónicos como la Gibson Les Paul Goldtop de 1952 y las archtops de la marca. Aunque fue desplazada en los años cincuenta por las pastillas humbucker, la P-90 sigue siendo apreciada por su característico tono grueso y articulado, con un equilibrio entre brillo y calidez que la hace única.
