The Honduras Cedar + Indian Rosewood headplate Finished Classical Guitar Neck Carbon Fiber Scale 650 MB Exclusive has a 650mm scale length, the most common for classical guitars, and is designed to work perfectly in conjunction with any of our finished fretboards. This model has the headstock drilled to accommodate the traditional wooden pegs or "palillos" used before the popularization of mechanical tuning pegs. The advocates of this system argue that the sound transmission is much more natural and direct as there is not as much intermediate elements between the string and the bridge. The main disadvantage of this kind of tuner was the friction between woods and the wearing of these. This problem no longer exists with the use of tuning pegs like this Wittner model, which eliminates any problem derived from such friction. This neck is ideal if you want to avoid the work of building the neck of your guitar from scratch or you don't have the necessary tools.
