Cuchillo para Luthier Pfeil Nº6 - 19 mm La firma Pfeil es actualmente el líder mundial en la fabricación de gubias y herramientas para la talla de madera. Las herramientas Pfeil están fabricadas con una aleación especial de cromo-vanadio propiedad de la marca. Este acero es forjado y pulido utilizando la última tecnología, sin menospreciar la tradición que le ha otorgado el reconocimiento por parte de profesionales y aficionados de todo el mundo. Las herramientas son sometidas a un templado especial mediante horno eléctrico, lo que garantiza una dureza en la totalidad de la hoja de 59-61 HRC. El afilado final se realiza a mano, siendo una de las pocas herramientas que se suministran afiladas y listas para utilizar. Fabricadas 100% en Suiza , por la firma Pfeil con más de 100 años de experiencia en la fabricación de herramientas y útiles de corte.
Los cuchillos de luthier Pfeil están diseñados específicamente para la construcción y reparación de instrumentos de cuerda , fabricados con acero de alta calidad que garantiza un filo duradero y fácil de re-afilar. Son muy apreciados en la luthería por su precisión y versatilidad , ofreciendo diferentes tamaños y formas según la tarea a realizar, como el ajuste de piezas finas o el tallado de detalles. <h2>Descripción general del cuchillo japonés Maru:</h2>\n
<p>El <strong>cuchillo de forma redondeada "Maru",</strong> que significa redondo, se utiliza para trabajar zonas curvas y dibujar líneas curvas, como en la artesanía en madera. </p>\n
<p><strong>Está fabricado con acero aogami</strong>, también conocido como acero azul. Es una aleación que contiene bajas cantidades de fósforo y azufre, contiene tungsteno y cromo que se añaden para hacer que la temperatura de resistencia sea menos crítica. De esta forma se logra <strong>aumentar la resistencia al desgaste. Consigue mayor duración para el filo y mayor flexibilidad.</strong></p>\n

<p>El <strong>cuchillo japonés Ken, </strong><b>que significa "espada ancha" o "espada occidental", </b>tiene dos bordes cortantes a la izquierda y a la derecha y es independiente de la mano dominante, por lo que es utilizable en áreas con limitaciones de altura y anchura cambiando de mano izquierda a derecha. Sin embargo, el borde superior de Ken es un poco más propenso a agrietarse y es más difícil de afilar que el del cuchillo Yoko debido a su borde superior delgado, el cual es más difícil de mantener en equilibrio durante el afilado.</p>\n
<p><strong>Está fabricado con acero aogami</strong>, también conocido como acero azul. Es una aleación que contiene bajas cantidades de fósforo y azufre, contiene tungsteno y cromo que se añaden para hacer que la temperatura de resistencia sea menos crítica. De esta forma se logra <strong>aumentar la resistencia al desgaste. Consigue mayor duración para el filo y mayor flexibilidad.</strong></p>\n
<p>Las formas redondeadas de la empuñadura se adaptan a la mano para que no se canse al trabajar muchas horas.</p>\n
<p>Es un <strong>acero oxidable por lo que no se recomienda poner ácido en el cuchillo.</strong> En caso de hacerlo limpiarlo lo antes posible con mucho cuidado. Respecto a su mantenimiento diario se recomienda limpiar las virutas y el polvo y después utilizar un paño con aceite de camelia o antióxido para evitar la oxidación.</p>\n

<p>El <strong>cuchillo japonés Yoko utiliza la forma estándar en los cuchillos de tallar.</strong> Se adapta a variaciones de usos, desde madera, bambú, trabajos de papel, hasta pequeñas artesanías para que se pueda utilizar como primer cuchillo. Es un cuchillo <strong>ideal para los lugares de difícil acceso</strong> como la parte del Zoque en el Mango.</p>\n
<p><strong>Está fabricado con acero aogami</strong>, también conocido como acero azul. Es una aleación que contiene bajas cantidades de fósforo y azufre, contiene tungsteno y cromo que se añaden para hacer que la temperatura de resistencia sea menos crítica. De esta forma se logra <strong>aumentar la resistencia al desgaste. Consigue mayor duración para el filo y mayor flexibilidad.</strong></p>\n
<p>Las formas redondeadas de la empuñadura se adaptan a la mano para que no se canse al trabajar muchas horas.</p>\n
<p>Es un <strong>acero oxidable por lo que no se recomienda poner ácido en el cuchillo.</strong> En caso de hacerlo limpiarlo lo antes posible con mucho cuidado. Respecto a su mantenimiento diario se recomienda limpiar las virutas y el polvo y después utilizar un paño con aceite de camelia o antióxido para evitar la oxidación.</p>\n
