<p>Tienen un mango de madera de roble barnizado muy cómodo, diseñado para minimizar la fatiga de la mano al trabajar y con un <strong>aro de refuerzo</strong> en el extremo que lo protegen de grietas y astillados al utilizarse con martillo. Este formón de <strong>24mm</strong> de anchura de corte consigue unas <strong>esquinas definidas y limpias</strong> gracias a su precisión y, como en otros Tataki-Nomi, la <strong>cara posterior es cóncava</strong> para minimizar la fricción y conseguir así superficies más lisas con menos esfuerzo.
