<p>Haz tu propio botón a partir de una pieza de madera sobrante y el <strong>Casquillo de Latón para Botones Guitarra torneados</strong> para crear la combinación perfecta con el diseño de tu guitarra. Las medidas del encastre de latón son de 10x8,2 mm. El diámetro interior es de 6,5 mm con un tornillo de ajuste, por lo que encajará en un potenciómetro de 6,35mm (¼ de pulgada), que es la medida habitual. El tornillo de ajuste tiene un diámetro de 3 mm y está situado a una altura de 4,2 mm desde la parte inferior.<br /><br />Puedes <strong>tornear fácilmente tus propios botones</strong>, incluso sin un torno. Utiliza una broca de 10mm y un taladro para hacer un agujero en el centro de una pieza de madera. Después de taladrar, vuelve a colocar el botón en la broca. Las cuchillas del taladro mantendrán el pomo en su sitio sin que salte. Enciende la prensa taladradora a<strong> velocidad alta</strong> y utiliza una escofina o papel de lija sobre un bloque para dar forma al pomo. Lo mejor es sujetar la escofina o la lija a una distancia fija, acercándola al botón cada vez. Esto garantizará una <strong>forma redonda perfecta</strong>. <p>Por supuesto, si dispones de una CNC, puedes ahorrarte este proceso y empezar a construir <strong>decenas o cientos de botones</strong> de una sola tirada!
