Descripción general del tope de profundidad para sierra de trastes
El tope de profundidad para la sierra de ranurado de trastes es el complemento perfecto para obtener un resultado más preciso y ahorrar tiempo. Se trata de una pieza de metacrilato que se sujeta a la hoja de la sierra mediante dos tornillos de ajuste manual, que te permitirán desplazar y fijar el tope de forma paralela al filo de la hoja para establecer la profundidad del corte entre 1 y 7 mm según tus necesidades.
Observación: No incluye sierra para trastes.
¿La profundidad de la ranura importa?
La profundidad y precisión del ranurado es de vital importancia a la hora de entrastar o reentrastar una guitarra . Si la ranura es poco profunda, los trastes no se asentarán correctamente sobre el diapasón, ocasionando serios problemas de desnivelado . Por el contrario si la ranura es demasiado profunda, quedará visible en los laterales del diapasón el espacio sobrante que la espiga del traste no logró llenar.
Otro factor a tener en cuenta cuando se trabaja en cualquiera de las etapas del entrastado de una guitarra es el tiempo que demanda la repetición de mediciones rigurosas. Por eso si tienes que cortar 24 ranuras en un diapasón, esta útil herramienta te ahorrará estar pendiente de la profundidad del corte en cada una de ellas de forma individual.
Por esta razón el tope de profundidad para la sierra resulta la solución mas sencilla y efectiva, para conseguir un resultado profesional sin la necesidad de herramientas complejas y costosas.

Para usar la guía en su posición más alta basta con ajustarla en su posición más baja y voltearla. La ranura de ajuste tiene una <strong>escala impresa</strong>. Cada marca de dicha escala se corresponde con un milímetro de profundidad en el corte, pudiéndose ajustar <strong>desde 0mm hasta 4,7mm de profundidad.</strong></p>\n
