"description_short" => "<h2>Description Générale Douille en Laiton pour Boutons Personnalisés :</h2><p>Fabriquez votre propre bouton à partir d'un morceau de bois restant et de la <strong>Douille en Laiton pour Boutons Personnalisés</strong> afin de créer la combinaison parfaite avec le design de votre guitare. Les dimensions de la douille en laiton sont de 10x8,2 mm. Le diamètre intérieur est de 6,5 mm avec une vis de réglage, ce qui permet d'adapter un potentiomètre de 6,35 mm (¼ de pouce), taille standard. La vis de réglage a un diamètre de 3 mm et se trouve à 4,2 mm du bas.<br /><br />Vous pouvez <strong>facilement tourner vos propres boutons</strong>, même si vous n'avez pas de tour. Utilisez une mèche de 10 mm et une perceuse à colonne pour percer un trou au centre d'un morceau de bois. Après le perçage, replacez le bouton sur la mèche. Les lames de la perceuse maintiendront le bouton en place sans qu'il ne se détache. Mettez la perceuse à<strong> haute vitesse</strong> et utilisez une râpe ou du papier de verre sur un bloc pour façonner le bouton. Il est préférable de tenir la râpe ou le papier de verre à une distance fixe, en se rapprochant du bouton à chaque fois. Vous obtiendrez ainsi une <strong>forme ronde parfaite</strong>. Travailler à main levée ne permet pas toujours d'obtenir le même résultat.<br /><br />Après avoir tourné le bouton, percez un trou de 3,2 mm de diamètre à une distance de 4,2 mm de la base. Ce trou recevra la vis de réglage.</p><p>Bien entendu, si vous disposez d'une CNC, vous pouvez sauter cette étape et commencer à construire <strong>des dizaines ou des centaines de boutons</strong> en une seule fois !
