El cuchillo japonés "Migi" es perfecto para tallar madera . Su forma estándar y diseño ergonómico lo hacen cómodo y fácil de usar, incluso durante largas sesiones de trabajo . Está fabricado con acero aogami , también conocido como acero azul. Es una aleación que contiene bajas cantidades de fósforo y azufre, contiene tungsteno y cromo que se añaden para hacer que la temperatura de resistencia sea menos crítica. De esta forma se logra aumentar la resistencia al desgaste. Consigue mayor duración para el filo y mayor flexibilidad.
Las formas redondeadas de la empuñadura se adaptan a la mano para que no se canse al trabajar muchas horas.
Es un acero oxidable por lo que no se recomienda poner ácido en el cuchillo. En caso de hacerlo limpiarlo lo antes posible con mucho cuidado. Respecto a su mantenimiento diario se recomienda limpiar las virutas y el polvo y después utilizar un paño con aceite de camelia o antióxido para evitar la oxidación.

<p>El<strong> cuchillo japonés Kuri es una herramienta esencial</strong> para cualquier luthier o artesano que trabaje la madera para construir instrumentos. Su forma esbelta y puntiaguda es ideal para trabajar en áreas pequeñas y cortas, y es especialmente útil para ahuecar con precisión.</p>\n
<p><strong>Está fabricado con acero aogami</strong>, también conocido como acero azul. Es una aleación que contiene bajas cantidades de fósforo y azufre, contiene tungsteno y cromo que se añaden para hacer que la temperatura de resistencia sea menos crítica. De esta forma se logra <strong>aumentar la resistencia al desgaste. Consigue mayor duración para el filo y mayor flexibilidad.</strong></p>\n
<p>Las formas redondeadas de la empuñadura se adaptan a la mano para que no se canse al trabajar muchas horas.</p>\n
